I was delighted to read Carole Rashleigh's account of her family and to realise that we are related. My Grandmother was Ada Irene Rashleigh, daughter of Arthur Rashleigh, son of Charles Rashleigh. I can see from Carole's family tree that we have many ancestors in common. |

Thank you for sharing your local history records. Its very refreshing to have a free and honest website. My Guy and Nettle families both came from Cornwall |

I was able to find things in your resources not available on the IGI regarding my Pengelly ancestors. In the Wesleyan records, I note the location Carnwidgick listed - does anyone know if this is a dwelling or a place?

Very informative site! I am a descendant of John Lory, born at Erisey Manor in St. Keverne on November 20, 1807. I am unable to find an info on that place name, but will be in Cornwall on June 3rd with high hopes. Can anyone provide any information for me? Thanks! |

Wonderful! Gave me many name variations to continue my research and enabled me to firm up many details for my Squiers, Bouldens,Sanns, Boddys and Tripconeys and then left me with more questions unanswered tofuel further research. |

I found your site by accident, and I would just like to say how interesting I found it. I have not connected any of my ancestors to St Keverne yet although their surname appears on your 1841 census. Good luck and thank you. |

Fantastic site and an inspiration towards the best format for setting up my own website eventually. I have the willpower but not the time or complete knowhow just at present. Everything is easy to navigate, well defined and a pleasure to read. Best wishes, Sue |

This is a fantastic site. I wish every village in the UK had one of these! My NANCARROW ancestors lived in St Keverne in the 17th and 18th centuries and your parish records have helped me trace their siblings and cousins etc. Thank you! |
