A lovely site and very helpful. One of your guests and I have corresponded before and she was very generous to me. I should like to do the same for others if I can. The family is Nicholls and they lived during 19th cent. at Treath Farm, Manaccan. Robert and his wife, Ruth Rowe and their children--my husband's gr. grandfather was their younger son Sampson who became a Methodist minister and went to Canada before 1900 and thence to the USA. If I can be of help--just ask! Thanks for the good work! |

A brillian site which has enabled me to trace one of my ancesters - Robert Jenyn back to 1524. The hard work of those who put so many Parish records on line is very much appreciated. Even more praise should go to your site for making all this available free, something I've only found in Cornwall, but of course the people are pretty special! |

Having quite a bit to do with web site design locally (Lizard Area), I am so pleased to see such a large body of work produced in a manner which makes you want to turn the next page. Salutations from Tony Rogers and Barbara Downing |

The amount of work that has been put into this site is truely amazing. The St. Keverne Local History Society should be thanked and proud of their work. It has made my research into my wife's family, The Barker, so much easier. John C L'Amie |

What a fantastic site, I must congratulate all who have made it so. My Great Great Grandfather was a Coasguard at Porthoustock according to the 1901 census, with his wife Elizabeth Mary, daughters Ethel Elizabeth, Maud , and Minie also three sons Frederick,Thomas and my Grandfather William Edward. If anyone has information re the Coastguards I would love to hear from you. Once again a terrific site and well worth visiting. |
